From the beginning, Juliet + Company flagship restaurant, Juliet, has been about reimagining what a restaurant is, and what it is for. Alongside simpler meals, visitors to the tiny restaurant may find themed prix fixe style meals, where the creative content begins, but doesn't end with, the plate. Room and sound design, educational elements, and of course…expansions of the experience through media and more ensure the story never needs to end…
